Help & Support
YMYW — Young Men quorum & Young Women class hub
YMYW is a private, invite-only app for the leaders, youth, and parents of a single ward's Young Men quorums and Young Women classes. If you need help, this page explains how to get it.
Getting access
Accounts are created by your ward's leaders — there is no public sign-up. If you don't have an account yet, contact your quorum or class presidency, or your bishopric, and ask them to add you.
Signing in
- Sign in with your email, username, or phone number and your password.
- No password yet, or forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or ask your leaders to set one for you.
- After your first sign-in, you can enable Face ID or fingerprint sign-in for faster access next time.
Notifications
Allow notifications when prompted to receive reminders about activities, announcements, assignments, and new messages. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings.
Setting up a child's phone
If you need to give a child access on a restricted phone, see the Device Setup Guide for Parents.
Trouble signing in?
- Double-check that you're using the email, username, or phone number your leaders have on file for you.
- If a password reset email doesn't arrive, confirm your leaders have the correct email address on file for your account.
- For a forgotten password or account changes, contact your ward administrator (your bishop, YM/YW president, or the leader who holds the relevant calling) — that's usually the fastest path.
